At Saint Daniel we are obsessed with after sales service so we’ll do everything to get your perfect fit garment. After all you are our walking advertisement.
Collecting your garment from our showroom?
If you’re collecting your garment(s) from our showroom, and you do require some slight alterations, our Tailors will alter your garments(s) for you at no extra cost-your stylist will coordinate this for you at you.

Received your garments by mail and need some adjustments?
If your custom suit, jacket, or pants fit isn’t perfect, we’re happy to provide the following adjustment options to resolve the issues:
01.
Have the garment adjusted by your own tailor. Send us a photo of the receipt, and we’ll provide you with store credit for the same amount. Along with the receipt, we would need the pictures of pinned clothes and changes made by your tailor on the garments so we can update our system for future orders. To do so, please download the alterations form and ask your local tailor to fill it what changes he has made to the garment and provide us along with the receipt.

Please note if you’re co-ordinating having your garments altered by your own tailor, you’re covered with Saint Daniel store credit up to the limits displayed here. If you’re quoted above these limits by your alterations tailor, please get in touch with your stylist as we may prefer to remake your garment or recommend a more competitive alterations expert.

02.
Have the garment adjusted by one of our partner tailors in your city. We have a network of local tailors in most major cities whom you can visit and get your clothes altered free of cost for 30 days after the delivery date.

03.
In a very rare and unlikely event, clothes which can’t be altered locally and need to be sent back to our workshop. We shall collect it from your office or home via DHL or FedEx to return it to our workshop and fix it. Please email your stylist to arrange the same.
