Can't Be Altered? SAINT DANIEL will remake It Free Of Charge
Your Stylist will assess your garments during one to one meeting or video call, and if your garment cannot be altered, then our Tailors will remake your garments, and your Stylist will coordinate this for you with our in-house Tailors. If you received your garment, direct to your address and your garments exceed the limits of the alteration per category, please simply complete the two steps below. Please note for all remakes, the customisation options and fabric choice cannot be changed for remakes unless there is a system error between the original order and the item received.

Please note that Saint Daniel also has the right to deny alterations, remakes, or store credits for items that are believed to have been previously worn or damaged by the customer and not returned physically—a customer cannot keep their garment and receive a remake or store credit.

Remake Policy
Each customer is entitled to two complimentary remakes as per the custom product category. Additional remakes may be approved if an item is lost in transit or arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect. These cases must be verified by our customer experience team and specifically approved. You must return your original garment to SAINT DANIEL to request a remake. Remakes are produced and delivered according to the same schedule as new garments.
Remakes are subject to fabric stock and availability. If a fabric is no longer in stock and an alternative of equal or lesser value may be selected.
Receiving a complimentary remake on a custom product does not disqualify you from a full refund, but you’ll need to return both the original and the remade version if the garment to receive the refund. A garment older than 3 months from the date of delivery time can only be remade if assessed by the customer experience team.
For wear and tear, the customer experience team will assess the garment and decide within 24-48 hours. The garment should be kept with the customer while the assessment is being done.
A remake will only be considered if an alteration cannot deliver the warranted perfect fit.
