Not Happy With Your Product?

Our goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your SAINT DANIEL garment(s), our team will work with you to determine an appropriate action. Appropriate action may be that SAINT DANIEL will have your garment(s) altered or remade free of charge or we may offer you a SAINT DANIEL store credit to the value of your purchase.

Please note that as every SAINT DANIEL order is made to order, according to your exact measurements and design, we are not required to provide a SAINT DANIEL store credit or replacement for reasons of change of mind.

Your stylist will work with you to determine an appropriate action based on the above. Please note that your garments must be physically returned to your Stylist for you to receive a SAINT DANIEL store credit or any reimbursement, a customer cannot keep their garment and receive a SAINT DANIEL store credit or reimbursement.

Email contact@saintdaniel.com within 10 days of receiving your order notifying us that you want to return your item and why, attach clear photos of your garment issues.

Once our team approves your return, for your return to be processed, please post your unworn garments (tags still on and vents still stitched up) within 30 days of receiving your order to the address below:
